Exchanges & Returns

1. Before requesting a return, make sure that the products you have purchased meet the following conditions, in accordance with the DOL Portugal Store Sales Policy.

2. Products must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition, cannot be used, and must include all labels, leaflets, film on the sole and accessories. Incomplete, damaged, used or altered items will not be accepted.

3. The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

4. The return must be requested within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of your purchase. Your order includes a return or exchange guide that must be placed inside the box along with the DOLs you are returning. The return package must be delivered by the same company that shipped your purchase.

5. The package can only be returned from the original shipping country and by the same carrier. Sending your exchange/return by another carrier will be entirely your responsibility.

7. Shipping for the first return or exchange is free.

8. DOL reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above mentioned return requirements and does not assume any responsibility in the event of loss or damage ocurred when returning your order.

9. Upon receipt of your order and once its perfect condition is verified, the amount will be fully refunded by the same method of payment. Customs duties and taxes on international sales are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.
